Challenge

Being a tech led start up, Skybox was in need finding a broader purpose and scalability into its product proposition.​

With opportunities abundant, the purpose needed to translate into an effective and coherent strategy.​

This process does not start with good product ideas, but with a thorough understanding market developments in the years to come. Skybox’ challenge was to define the commercial and market opportunity before the product proposition and the development of it.​
