people behind mc3.gg

The team at MC3.GG consists of two seasoned professionals with a shared passion for driving business growth and innovation. Combining extensive experience in digital innovation, entrepreneurship, operational excellence, and change management, they provide expert guidance and strategic support.

For 8 years, he has been CEO to global esports brands Fnatic and Excel Esports (now GiantX), two businesses he significantly multiplied in revenues, size and value. Prior to entering the world of competitive gaming, he held roles in Product Development, Marketing, and Software Architecture. He holds an MSc in Product Design Engineering and is frequently seen speaking at business conferences.

CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Roald was an early hire at FACEIT, putting his entrepreneurial spirit to use to help build the company. Over the span of 10 years, he has been Director of Esports, VP of Marketing and VP of Events, organizing dozens of AAA-events along the way.
